I’m a performance-driven digital marketing specialist who loves turning data into clear, predictable growth. I live at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and creativity – constantly testing, measuring, and refining campaigns until they work not only on paper, but in real business results.
When I’m not deep in dashboards and ad platforms, I’m usually travelling, exploring new places, or recharging in nature and bringing fresh ideas back to the projects I work on.

Background Experience

I started my marketing journey already at university as a marketing trainee and student ambassador, where I first got hands-on with online communication, events, and advertising basics. From there I moved through roles in content creation and data, gradually specialising in performance marketing and PPC.

Over the past years I’ve worked as a Marketing Data Specialist, PPC/Performance Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist for both agencies and in-house teams, managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms for clients from Slovakia, the CEE region, Europe and the US. I’ve been responsible for everything from strategy and tracking setup to daily optimisation and reporting.

Today, I work as a Digital Marketing Specialist at ui42 and, together with the team at gasper&co, I focus on building performance strategies for brands that want to scale across Central and Western Europe – with a strong emphasis on measurable results, smart use of data, and sustainable long-term growth.
